Where Surgery is Performed All procedures are performed right here at Parfitt Facial Plastic Surgery Center in our surgical suite. Payment Policy We request payment at your pre-operative appointment which is approximately two weeks before surgery. If your procedure is covered by insurance, we will be happy to assist you with the appropriate forms.
